Hospital-to-Home · Recovery Stays

A safe, accessible place to recover — ready when you're discharged.

When home isn't accessible yet, leaving hospital is hard. Homeable Recovery Stays are furnished, fully barrier-free homes for the weeks or months in between — close to care, ready to move into.

How it works

1

Enquire or refer

Tell us about the situation and the accessibility needs — as a patient, a family member, or a professional placing someone.

2

We match a suite

We confirm an available, verified-accessible suite that fits the needs and the discharge timeline.

3

Move in & recover

Move in quickly and recover with dignity — then transition to a longer-term Homeable rental or home if you wish.

For discharge planners, OTs & health partners

Accessible placements shouldn't add days to a hospital stay. Homeable gives your team verified-accessible homes you can place patients into quickly — easing discharge backlog and getting people home to recover safely. Refer a patient, or set up a referral relationship with us.
